Meet Our General Manager

Jeremy Elick has been with the Fletcher Auto Group since September of 2010. He has worked at the Fletcher Superstore, Fletcher Toyota, and Fletcher Nissan over the period and held many different roles. He was born and raised in Joplin Missouri. Jeremy attended Joplin High School and achieved his diploma in 2005. After high school, he attended the University of Arkansas at the Walton School of Business and Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg Kansas. In August of 2015, he took over as the General Manager. Upon initiating the role he stated the following:

" We need to change the way people view car dealers. I will make sure that we have an emphasis on customer service first and foremost. I am honored to be able to work alongside like-minded individuals who know that the most important thing is simply doing the right thing. Right is never wrong. It may not be easy, but nothing worthwhile is.  About ten years ago we had a breakthrough in the car business. Internet became a place to see reviews and voice concerns as well as shop the market place. This was a blessing to our dealership. I know that the good dealerships try to separate themselves from the "pack, " but it is difficult to change an industry. I can say with full confidence that this dealership holds high standards and the proof is back to back to back Nissan Awards of Excellence."

In his free time, he and his wife Shonda enjoy whatever sports their two boys (Greyson 7 and Cohen 6) are playing. He and Shonda have been married for four years and love attending Chiefs games, taking nature walks and sitting down to a quiet dinner away from the wild boys. They also enjoy traveling and hope one day to explore more abroad.

After the EF5 tornado in 2011 that left a mile-wide scar down the heart of the city, Frank Fletcher Nissan needed a complete rebuild. The exterior was replaced, but the heart remained, and to this day Jeremy hopes for everyone to remember what the city has been through. Going forward Jeremy has vowed to keep strong morals and ethics as the cornerstones in which the dealership is built.
